Leigh Dodds performs an evaluation of the new Freemix service launched by Zepheira in June. Leigh found Freemix to be one of the most interesting applications shown at SemTech 2009 and he was curious to know whether Freemix could be used to build presentations of Linked Data.
To perform this experiment, he feeds both BBC data and NASA space flight data to Freemix from the Talis Platform. He explores the options for extracting data using a SPARQL query in order to build a presentation in Freemix.
