Gloria Gonzalez serves as Library Strategist at Zepheira. Gloria specializes in helping libraries achieve visibility on the Web and library and information professionals embrace change.
Gloria has worked with a broad range of circulating and special collections in libraries across the United States since 2009.
Until 2014, Gloria worked as the Digital Archivist at UCLA Library Special Collections. She developed a pioneering program to incorporate digital forensic technologies into archival practices and procedures at the UCLA Library and also established a comprehensive project management system for digital projects.
She began assisting libraries embrace the new technologies and practices in the rapidly changing information environment as a Junior Fellow at the Library of Congress in 2011.
She served as a Junior Fellow for the Office of Strategic Initiatives at the Library of Congress in 2011.
Gloria has a degree in Philosophy from the University of Mississippi and a Masters of Library and Information Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
