Jean GonzalesJean serves as Senior Project Manager at Zepheira. Jean’s over 20 years of experience in driving high profile technology software and Web development projects includes implementing software technology projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Accustomed to working with globally dispersed, high performance work teams and engineering groups, she effectively manages all aspects of Zepheira’s software development projects, including coordinating and shepherding the development of its Linked Data & BIBFRAME Training and software tool offerings.

Jean fully engages through all stages of requirements gathering, planning, risk analysis and project management while leveraging appropriate supporting systems and processes. She has led multiple cross-functional teams in the successful development and implementation of new business applications, infrastructure configurations and process re-engineering. Her additional experience in multiple industries including Healthcare, Banking, Construction, and Telecommunications bring breadth and depth to her understanding of client needs and expectations.

She specializes in client experience, project planning, business requirements development, customer relationship management and organizational analysis.

Jean is a graduate of Regis University in Business Administration and has a Project Management certification from Denver University.
